Dear Members of the 603 WW Alumni Community:

We have just finished a very successful Delt Alumni Weekend at Camp Rotary just minutes outside of Crawfordsville. Some thirty Men and families joined in for a successful gathering organized by Randy Allen, Jim Evans and Charley Hutchins .The weekend included a Friday Night visit to the well known New Ross Steak House, a musical visit on Saturday by the Indianapolis based Hunter and Girton and a series of Campfire Meals organized by the Committee. A scheduled visit to the Crawfordsville based Backstep Brewery was cancelled due to issues at the Brewery. Please visit the '603 Delts' Facebook Group page for photos and reports. This weekend was another in the series of events organized to continue the fellowship and commraderie of the 603 WW Alumni Group. Thanks to the Committee for the work necessary to enable the gathering.

A highlight of the weekend was the inaugural presentation of the Brooks - Seymour Award given to a Member of the group for outstanding service to the Fraternity and contributions to our greater society. The 2020 Award has been given to a most obvious member of our Group- Chuck Candiano. Chuck has been an integral part of the formation of 603 WW Inc and has served the Alumni Group with distinction and unusual dedication. We thank Chuck for his ongoing interest and service.

During the Fall Delt Gathering discussion was held about future events at the College and elsewhere. The weekend of June 4-6 ,2021 is the scheduled Wabash Reunion weekend for next year and the thought is that 603 WW will build on this Reunion Weekend and hold concurrent events which will include our larger Delt Alumni Group. Because of the covid cancelations of 2020 the Classes ending in 1,2,5 and 6 are scheduled to gather in 2021.

Particularly for 603 WW, this means that we will have several Classes in Crawfordsville at the same time including two of our strongest member Alumni Classes -1975 and 1976. The decision has been made to pursue the use of Camp Rotary / Crawfordsville for the June 4-June 6, 2021 weekend as a HQ of sorts for all 603 Alumni who are able to be there. A formal announcement will follow in due course. We will use the 75's and 76's as the core group for the Camp Rotary June 2021 weekend but look forward to the attendance of 1971,1972,1981,1982 ,1985 and all other Reunion and Non Reunion Classes.

Also a topic of the Camp Rotary weekend is Annual Membership in the 603 WW Group. Dues are set at $50.00 per man and additional dues amounts of up to $100.00 annually are welcomed. We need to expand the 603 Membership through dues and other charitable gifts. Obviously, non profit organizations need revenue and capital to fulfill their missions. Please find a convenient time to visit the new 603 WW website to make your dues contribution for 2020.
